FOR LEADERS

Let your leadership include you.

The weight of leadership is not only what you are responsible for. It is also what you carry quietly: the decisions, relationships, expectations, uncertainties, and parts of yourself the role has taught you to set aside.

Movement Makers offers executive coaching and strategic advising for founders, executives, and movement makers who want to meet this season with greater presence, clarity, alignment, and choice.

Begin a Conversation

Leadership can look clear from the outside and feel crowded within.

You may be holding a vision others cannot yet see, decisions without simple answers, responsibility for people you care about, and expectations that leave little room to hear yourself.

You may know how to keep moving while becoming less certain that the pace, posture, or role still fits.

This work creates room to meet what is true. To listen beneath the urgency. To recognize what belongs to you, what does not, and what this season is asking you to choose.

There is room for the leader, the work, and the life around it.

THE PARTNERSHIP

All of you belongs in the room.

Executive coaching and strategic advising come together here. The work can move between an interior question and an organizational decision because leadership rarely separates them as neatly as professional language suggests.

Who you are

Notice the beliefs, patterns, identities, and expectations shaping how you meet the moment.

What you are leading

Make space for consequential decisions, relationships, transitions, tensions, and possibilities.

What sustains the work

Develop rhythms and practices that allow your leadership, wellbeing, relationships, and larger life to remain connected.

A conversation may begin with strategy and reveal something personal. It may begin with what you are carrying and clarify what the organization needs. We stay present to both.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

A sustained partnership, shaped to the season.

Most engagements blend executive coaching and strategic advising. We begin by understanding what you are navigating, what matters now, and the kind of attention the season requires.

Three-Month Intensive

A focused half-day followed by six individual sessions.

This engagement creates concentrated space around a transition, decision, leadership question, or emerging possibility. It is designed for a season that needs depth and movement without requiring a yearlong commitment.

Six-Month Partnership

A focused half-day followed by twelve individual sessions.

Six months allows us to move beyond an immediate question and stay with the patterns, relationships, choices, and practices surrounding it. There is time to act, notice what follows, and return with greater awareness.

Annual Partnership

A year of sustained coaching and strategic advising.

An annual partnership provides continuity across changing seasons. It creates a consistent place for reflection, discernment, preparation, integration, and honest conversation as the work and the leader evolve.

HOW WE BEGIN

The work moves at the speed of what is true.

Begin with a conversation

We start with what you are navigating and whether this relationship feels like the right container for it.

Name the season

Together, we clarify what matters, what feels unresolved, and what you want to make more possible.

Meet and practice

Our sessions create room for reflection, strategic thinking, honest challenge, and practices that can live beyond the conversation.

Notice what changes

We pay attention to what becomes clearer, what shifts in your choices and relationships, and where the work is inviting greater depth.

WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE

Presence creates room for clearer choice.

This work is designed to support:

  • Greater clarity about what matters now
  • A more honest relationship with responsibility, power, and expectation
  • Decisions rooted in intention rather than urgency
  • The capacity to remain present through tension and uncertainty
  • Stronger alignment between who you are, how you lead, and what you are building
  • A rhythm that can hold both meaningful work and a meaningful life

The measure is not a perfected version of leadership. It is a greater capacity to meet what is here without abandoning yourself, the people around you, or what matters.

ABOUT SEAN

This work is lived, not observed from a distance.

Sean Goode brings the perspective of a founder and former executive director, along with the presence of a coach, facilitator, speaker, and strategic advisor.

He knows leadership as more than a discipline or title. It is a life being lived while people still need care, decisions still need to be made, and the future remains uncertain.

His work creates an honest place for leaders to hear themselves, encounter what they may have set aside, and become more present to what is possible.

Begin with the season you are in.

You do not need a polished scope or a finished diagnosis. If you are leading through growth, transition, uncertainty, or a question you can no longer set aside, we can begin there.
